Bag Turbo

Blitz avante garde! Replace the impeller and compressor air intake side of genuine turbo charger. This simple bolt-on type turbo kit maximizes the performance of your turbo. This is the new Blitz concept of tuning up genuine turbos. The impeller diameter (core component of this bag turbo) is enlarged by 17%, and its precision balance is improved 10 times. The compressor housing is made of new material and specially heat treated to improve durability by 44%.

Intercooler

Turbochargers increase the temperature of the intake air. Higher intake air temperature causes engine knocking and the air is less dense than cooler air, which means less power. Blitz intercoolers eliminate these negative factors by increasing the efficiency in cooling the intake air, therefore maximizing power and eliminating engine knock. Blitz's revolutionary inner fin design is exclusively made to eliminate pressure loss and improving the cooling effect at the same time.

Twin SBC (Solenoid Boost Controller)

When a turbo charger has been replaced by a larger one, the result is more top end power. In order to make such a turbo charger operate, a high volume of exhaust pressure is needed. This means that exhaust pressure at low RPM does not create sufficient pressure to spin the turbine at operating speed. The time is takes the turbo to spool up is increased (turbo lag).

A smaller size turbo, however, has a small inertia weight and this makes it possible to have the turbine operate at lower exhaust pressure and creates quicker spool up and results in quicker response. However, top end power cannot be obtained because the turbocharger capacity is small. Twin SBC makes it possible to combine the characteristics of both turbos by way of having twin turbo charger concept. The twin SBC system uses SMAMM and HIGHT performance twin solenoid valve, and it controls the boost pressure in a wide range under fine adjustment. This is the finest high response CPU controlled boost pressure control system that works at every possible boost condition, from low boost pressure to high boost pressure after installing our twin SBC system, most tubo equipped vehicles will have the maximum potential by just setting a boost pressure.

M.F.C.S.(Fuel Computer)

MFCS is a high performance fuel computer system developed for tuning up a turbo charged engine. MFCS removes boost cuts and fuel cuts, and allows for increase in fuel supply for higher RPM. Adjustment function features: start point, initial point, and gain. This system can work in conjuction with
MACS.

M.A.C.S. (Multi Assist Computer System)

MACS enables the set up of individual fuel supply increases which is necessary to tune-up turbo charged engines. Install additional injectors, along with stock injectors. The MACS control them by way of engine RPM and boost pressure. It allows you to select, at option, the capacity of injection increase, it provides a very wide range of usage and makes setting-up possible regardless which kind of vehicle. The monitor indicates the time of valve opening at a glance for 0-6 m/sec.

V.B.C (Variable Boost Controller)

The possibility of obtaining power by way of turbo charging is determined by setting boost pressure. Ordinary turbo charged vehicles have preset boost pressures which are lower than the boost pressure the turbocharger is capable of. This means that yout cannot obtain any further boost pressure than the level already set for. The Blitz VBC controls the maximum output ratio of boost pressure, making it possible to utilize the full capacity of the turbocharger. VBC accomodates both the wastegate type emission by-pass valve system and actuator type emission by-pass valve system. Click-on type adjustable dial secures stable and firm setting at the desired level.

Super Sound Blow-Off Valve

The Super Sound Blow-Off Valve protects against compressor surge. This is done by releasing the pressure of the intake side of the turbocharger while stabilizing it, creating greater response and extended turbo life. The Super Sound Blow-Off Valve is designed to replace existing compressor by-pass valves. Universal kits are also available to fit on virually any turbocharged vehicle.

Realize High Power Exhaust System

Exhaust systems generally increase horsepower by 5-10% by providing larger mandrel-bent piping and free-flowing muffler to reduce back pressure.

Black Power Air Filter

Designed to fit back into the factory airbox. BPAF is less restrictive and typically gives an increase in efficiency by 5-10%.

Camshafts

Camshafts are available in 2 types, one changes angle, the other changes the duration. Camshafts are ground from new billets, the valve is lifted higher and duration longer to provide higher torque and horsepower.
