Mon Apr 2 00:41:44 2001 alex pirillis (adsl-pool46-6.chicago.il.ameritech.net) I have a 85 MR2 with 79,000 and it's the best car I ever had. Unfortunately, the engine has kaput and I'm junking it. Was it worth it? OHHH YEAHH.. It and was worth every penny when I bought it used three years ago. Unfortunately there's alot of engine damage and it's not worth it to fix, and I have to junk it for emmissions purposes before I get fined. So long ol buddy.....
Mon Apr 2 09:35:23 2001 Natalie- Victoria Rutherford (firewall.menai.ac.uk) The site is very good.
Mon Apr 2 18:48:45 2001 PETER ADORNO (ip-209-215-162-82.browardlibrary.org) I have never owned a MR2 before. I've just purchased a used one for myself and so far I love it. It's my toy! It'll be perfect for me down here in South Florida.

Wed Apr 4 11:03:24 2001 mark (207.74.50.226) I have just gotten 91 mr2 and would like to join some clubs or just chat about driving the best car ever. There was one site that was mr2snaps or something if any one knows what site that is help me out. That is one reason why i got my 91 mr2.
Wed Apr 4 12:51:32 2001 David Christesen (134.39.112.155) I own an 89 MR2 Supercharged, Haulin' more than groceries!
Wed Apr 4 15:04:50 2001 MATTP (snoopy.suth.com) I recently purchased my first MR2 this past November. I had my heart on a 1991 or newer, but couldn't pass up the '86 I found on a small dealer's lot. It's one of the oldest cars I've ever owned, and also one of the cleanest. I'm still tryin to decide whether or not to upgrade or leave it stock, as it is an awesome little car as is. I plan on getting a 91 or newer as my next adventure. My advice to anyone pondering the idea of buying one is to go for it! Drive Safe!
Wed Apr 4 18:17:45 2001 Charles (nas-167-223.oakland-t.navipath.net) Hi All, Am a new enough MR2 owner, 93 model, and i wanted to comment that this site is helpful. HOWEVER, i also want to comment that i have found weird folks, like the MR2 performance product site, www.mr2pp.com, when i called the dude, he didn't even identify himself, wanted check only, i had to add the total cost of the parts, and asked me to look up the address and send the check to him. Needless to say, this sounds really weird, i am being asked to send a check with no written confirmation from the company for the order. Point is BEWARE, and maybe, as an official site, folks may want to SCREEN OUT BAD company practices. Just an experience... Later dudes.
Wed Apr 4 19:16:09 2001 Carlito Magno (detron.afcc.com) I have an 89' MR2 that just turn 100,000 miles. I'm the 3rd owner for this vehicle, which I'm giving my son when he get his license. Already he has big plans on what he wants to do on the vehicle. I'm thinking twice if I really want him to have. I'm having second thoughts since I'm having fun driving the car.

I am currently looking for a state of the art tuned exhaust system. Help in finding such would be appreciated.

Sun Apr 8 22:05:38 2001 Tim (HSE-Montreal-ppp3471292.sympatico.ca) I just bought an 89' MR2 and I am having so much fun with this thing...it's unreal. In canada it is hard to find one with a t-roof and a supercharger together (but I got it).It has had several paind jobs and has gone under the knife for rust but is like a new car again. this car is faster than I thought it could be, and gives quite a kick in the ass when the supercharger kicks in.So far I have swapped seats with an 87' because the original leather seats have cracked along the seems and I traded in the 89' stereo console for the 87' as it fits the stereo nice and snug.A freind of mine who deals with cars usualy comes across scap vehicles to do other projects that he may be working on. He called me up one day and said he had an MR2 for parts, so I stripped it to the bone.Too bad the motor had been blown three ways from sunday or else I would have taken it to have something to modify as I still drove the original.Anyway, I'm quite happy with this little toy and I hope somebody cou! ld e-mail me back at srvtim@canada.com to give me some tricks on what to do with it.
Sun Apr 8 22:36:13 2001 David McMurtrey (spider-mtc-tc082.proxy.aol.com) I recently purchased a 1993 MR2 Turbo and love it to death.I am just begining the upgrdade process and would like any useful information.thanks.

It definitely beats the Boxter in looks. Love the room it has for a blonde and a tooth brush.A dream of mine come true.Already got a paint chip on the front bumper on day 1 (sigh). Anyone know how to keep it from happening again? How about putting on a mask (bra)? Any ideas fellas. Don't particularly want to put a mask(bra), but does anybody have the experience.
