Just taken delivery of my first MR2. A 1991 NA, standard running gear but with a body kit (front and skirts). Looks a little meaner than most, and I LOVE it! If it wasn't for this site, I might not have bought one. OK, so I wanted one, but this site re-assured me that they are great cars! Cheers guys!!!!!!

I just purchased a 2001 MR2 Spyder and I just love it. This is the secound MR2 I have owned. I was so happy to here that they were going to be produced again I couldn't wait. I really missed the one I had. The MR2's are the best cars I've ever owned.

just bought a 92 GT turbo import - here in UK I'm probably the only one in my town with a turbo model :) the women love it, my mum loves it, everyone loves it. they are so sexy for a 10 year old car. speed is great, but I'm still scared of corners ! and I had to fork out £1375 for insurance age 21

Keff is on his third MR2 dating back to 1985. A friend recently got a BMW roadster and was sure that I'd be envious,but I told him that it's no KEFFMOBILE, but he has to get around somehow.I don't think people know how pleased with my(blue '93) MR2. Having only 38K miles after more than 9 years, I can only hope to live long enough to wear it out.

Just baught a 1993 mr2 turbo with 70000 km or 43750 miles. Drove it on the freeway this weekend and was very surprise of the capacity of this 2 litres with the amazing BOOST of the turbo. I am gone be a toyota driver for a long time.I am 51 years old and in my car i am 19 again.

Hello there. I own a red MR2 1986. I really love this car for the way its drives. Only one problem. Its for repair AGAIN. AND AGAIN A NEW ENGINE!!! (*#^$) I know..its my own fault, but i really like to hit the gaspedal in this car. (you can't when the oil is not on the right temp.) This will be my 3rd engine in 6 months. Very expensive. But this time i added a Oil temp. meter and some other cool stuff. So i can Go REALLY REALLY FAST!! Instead of the original 124 HP, Now i've got 148 HP. And do you guys don't think that its difficult to put some good audio in this car? I did, so my passengers seat is put to the front so i can put a BASS-tube behind it.. ( NOW I'VE GOT SOUND!! HEHE) I use a JVC KD-LX3R FlatFace CD-tuner with a JVC 12-CD Changer in the trunk. A Pioneer 107Db sens. SUB-Tube and 4 JBL GTO 125W loudspeakers. I hope you like my story. hi i just bought an 86 mr2,and i was wondering about a few things since i have had it...i have owned it for only about 2 weeks if not more....i have already had the drivechain(cv?-drive shaft?) come undone at the bolts-i was wondering if that is a problem that maybe common on mr2's????-and if it may have done any damage to it that i shud worry about...
its a supercharged model.....(i am fully stoked cos it's like my dream car and i finally have 1 now.....:)
i also something else i want to ask and that is when the car is idleing it tends to idle between 1(and lower) and 2500 rpms and it sometimes stalls on me ???-wot is the problem and how may correct it ....???....is there anything that i shud no about it that i have mentioned that make be connected to what i have asked already....any additional info wud be much appriciated...

i think that u guys are doing a great job of this mr2 thing picture and facts and detailes about the cars we drive u guys need to put more hooked up cars kits in it. theres not alot of teenagers that have mr2 where i live its all hondans its kinda hard having a little mr2 with no kit imsayingishatyou need to have more hooked up mr2's with kits so we now whats new and whats the best thing we can put in the car in the site
