My MR2 is a T-Bar, which is fairly standard but for split-rim wheels and low
profile tyres (I've still got the original wheels for winter use).
Despite the 106k on the clock the car runs very well and shows no sign of all
the miles it's done - the 16v engine seems to get better with age!
I bought the car in July '96 from a lady who'd just bought a Mk.2, and I don't
think I was mistaken in thinking she was more than a little sorry to see it go.
I would be pleased to hear from anyone who's done performance modifications in
the Kent area, or from Mk1 owners in East Kent who might like to meet up for a chat.
