My brother bought the car new and  I purchased it from him in 1991. It's  never 
been driven in the snow and is therefore totally rustfree and in all around 
excellent condition. However, the red paint faded fairly badly but I was able 
to bring it mostly back with some heavy compounding. I'm puzzled as to why a 
relatively pampered car faded so much, though. It's still every bit as much fun 
to drive as when it was new.
