First of all, I am glad I found this website...

I own a MR2 1986 with 115000 miles on it..
I love my car!!

I recently changed the engine since I blew up the old one, not too long ago...
It's been a very good car...However, the with the maintenanace cost that I have put
into this car, I probably would have bought a new one by now....

I don't know, I bought it three years ago, and even though the car handled great, 
one day for no reason at all, I blew up the engine (the first one)...

Since then I have installed a new radiator, new cooloing fans that are always on!!!

Does anybody out there know about the cooling system on the MR2s??? Is it reliable??

Is there anything I could do to prevent from blowing "another" engine???
I've changed hoses, I always check water and oil levels...
Don't take me wrong, I am a car nuts!! I "literally" love my car more than my girlfriend...

Anyway, if you could help me out, that will be great!!!
