 Mileage: 43,000 km (Dec 97)
 
Purchased October 1996 having just 26,000 kms, this car is in mint condition. It was
imported from Japan and therefore is equivalent to the US 1993 model: ie it has the 
facelift which includes LSD, larger brakes, revised suspension, deeper front air dam,
short 'ball' gear lever, and the steering wheel with straight spokes.
 
This car is fantastic, but different to the Mk1...in the Mk2 the fun really starts 
from 100 km/hr whereas mk1 MR2 was fun up to 100 km/hr.
 
Love the t-tops and leave them off most of the time here in sunny Christchurch :-)
 
The wheels are 16" Enkei Racing mags shod with Bridgstone G-Grids, 205/45 front &
225/45 rear.
 
Exhaust system has been revamped with a very nice large bore pipe culminating in 100mm tips
for a great look. Sound is well muffled which is practical for long trips though not as
exciting as the sweet howl of the 4AGE on my previous MR2.
 
My personalised plate has a large red heart stuck between 'I' & 'MR2' so it reads: 
          I {love} MR2
It gets a lot of comments and I even returned to my car one day to see some people 
taking a photo of it! If you live in NZ and are interested in purchasing this
plate, make an offer!
