My 1987 MR2 is a T-Top model and I love it "more than life itself," as
Cameron said it so well in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off.  This car has taken
me from San Diego to Annapolis, Maryland to Seattle to Detroit, where
I now live, and a whole lot of places in between.

Wonderful, wonderful car.  Best purchase I ever made.  No trouble
whatsoever, apart from a dead clutch at 75,000 miles (which is
probably the result of my abuse).

The statute of limitations has expired, so I can tell you that I have
travelled in excess of 135 mph in my MR2, with a rather heavy 
passenger.  I think it would have hit 140, but I lost my nerve.  This
feat was accomplished in the Imperial Valley in southern California.
