I have had no problems with this MR2 or my first one, a 1986 red MKI. I used
to own Italian cars (Fiats, Alfa Romeos) and when I bought my first MR2, I
started to swear by them! Absolutely no trouble! No more tuneups every other
weekend! Just washing, waxing, and driving! What a great way to own a sports
car! The first one was a present to myself after surviving a hairy, complicated
heart bypass operation (at 32 years old!). The 1991 MKII which I currently own
and drive daily was a present to myself after making it through the first year
after a heart transplant!
