Mileage: 113,000 miles
My MR2 is maintained in top condition and have run 113,000 mile without any major
problem ( only maintenance routines). It is a car I had from my father who
buyed it in 1985 when they first became available.( It has been in the family
since new). I am student in UPR Mayaguez and became it owner about two years ago.
I am looking for any street performance parts (intake mods, exhaust, cams, ect)
but it is too difficult to find things for it. If anyone knows where I could

About my car:
For those who have one, you should know that it comes with a ugly sounding
audio equipment, so I have made the following sound installation:
on the rear cargo compartment I have installed an Optimus 340-W amp,
in the factory speaker placce I put modified Infinity 4" speakers and on back,
surface-mount 3 - way speakers, all connected in series to the amp. Head unit
is a Sony XR-4420 and BOSS computerized equalizer. The amp is so powerful, that
I use two channels for all speakers and the other two bridged to a 10" subwoofer
enclosed in a box on back of the passenger seat. It sounds great and the response
is tremendous. My engine is stock only thing I had installed is an HKS header
with a walker SuperTurbo exhaust muffler since I haven't found the HKS exhaust
muffler. I like the sound I get from this one, so until I don't found the HKS
exhaust muffler I want, it will be the only one there.
