This is the third MR2 we have owned.  While stationed in Germany with the
Air Force we purchased a 2 year old 1987 normal-aspirated white MR2. 
It was great on the autobahn but not as much fun as the 1991 MR2 we
traded it in for. It was a REAL autobahn cruiser.  When we got stationed
in Oklahoma my husband got the retirement jitters and sold it.  He never
stopped lamenting over how much he missed his MR2s.  What he really 
wanted though was a Supercharged MK1 model.  This past year I found one 
and surprised him with it for our anniversary.  It's a one owner, low
mileage, all maintenance documented beauty. Our friends thought we'd 
brought home a brand new car!  He absolutely loves this car.  We think 
it is alot more fun than either of our previous ones.  When that
supercharger kicks in the sound and neck snapping speed just can't 
be beat!
