Mileage: 150,000 miles
Owned since 1986. Together we have killed 3 clutches and 7
sets of tires (Dunlop, Yokohoma, Pirelli). Needless to say,
I push my car a bit harder than most.
Through all of the years, with all of the abuse, The SLOTCAR
has held together and ran great.
For her 12th birthday, I bought her a new engine (not stock).
Together we are working out the adjustments, but we are both
quite happy with the results.
I have learned a number of things about the early MR2 and
would be glad to offer assistance should anyone need it.
You can't have a car that long and NOT learn a little...
