HEY, this is Nate. I am 19,b.d.(06/03/76). I am currently in PENN STATE
UNIVERSITY, trying to get int Physical Therapy. I grew up loving the MR2.
I even have the MR2 Matchbox Car.(blue,with white racing stripes) I was
LUCKY to have stumbled into a newspaper advertisement who these people
were selling a MR2. At this time I was not even planning on buying a car.
However, I dragged my mom to take a LOOK at this MR2 these people were selling
I and my mother both fell in love at first sight with the '86 Silver MR2.
THE ONLY REASON THESE PEOPLE WERE SELLING THE MR2, WAS BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAD
A TWO CAR GARAGE, AND WERE PURCHASING A NEW MERCEDES. THE LADY DIDN'T WANT
THE MR2 OUTSIDE IN THE WEATHER IN THEIR DRIVEWAY!!!!! Lucky ME!
My MR2 has been the only car I have ever owned. People during High School
hated me when I drove by them since they saw how lucky I was to have it.
The car was owned by the lady I told you about. She and her husband have
a friend that has road raced MR2's before, so the guy helped'em out with
the up-keep of the MR2.
My and my MR2 have been through many miles together, and have NEVER
BEEN CAUGHT by the COPS, YET!!!! I driven the MkI to speeds of 128-130mph.
I get a bit shakey sometimes at these speeds with the small 13' car.
BUT I LOVE IT!! I always keep my MR2 in GREAT specs. I have a girl friend
that rides with me. For the past three yrs. she still has not;
A. Wanted to drive because she thinks she'll hurt my MR2.
B. Gottin over the post-drive thrill in which we criuse the roads.

However, we were able to @$!#@ in the passenger seat!(yes,we did get caught)
I love the MR2 best when it is a hot summer night, and I take out the
sun-roof, and cruise the strip...... Just Kidding, I LOVE THE MR2 BEST
WHEN I CAN DRIVE MOCK 10!
