My MR2 is definitely NOT a looker - she spent eleven hard winters in Michigan, 
and her first 100k miles with rather indefferent maintenance.  She's got a 
pretty severe case of skin cancer.

I autocross her in SCCA (C Stock) - she's got some of the few modifications 
allowed under Stock rules.  Things like KYP struts, Metal Master brake pads, 
big, sticky Yokes, and a SuperTrapp Formula Atlantic/Formula Ford muffler set 
her apart from the herd.

In addition, she's been primary transportation for two people for two years now, 
and has rarely let us down.  Only a dead fule pump has left her stranded while 
under my care.  I'll be looking to nurse her back to cosmetic health, now that 
most of the mechanical neglect issues (brakes, fluids, suspension, alignment, 
etc.), have been resolved.
