Owned the car for almost 6 months now and I LOVE IT !!!!!!

Started life as a Jap Import NA, but I soon slotted a modified 3SGTE in. The turbo
is the standard CT-26 but has a larger compressor wheel and modified compressor
housing with a 3" intake system to the airflow meter and a ram-flow airfilter. The
exhaust is 3" from the turbo flange (no first CAT) and is straight through for track use and
muffled for road use (takes about 10 minute to change the rear pipe). I also got lucky and
picked up a set of 16x7 (front) and 16x8 (rear) three piece mags (they look great) which
are now shod with 245/45 16 Goodyears (all I could afford at the time). I'm still running
the standard computer but have fooled the fuel cut with some pressure restrictors and
am now running 1.1 bar boost. Increased the fueling by modifing the standard fuel reg.

Future Mods:

*) Lower the whole car by 2 inches (springs STILL on order)
*) Water cool the intercooler (twin spray bar)
*) Fuel rail mod (as detail on web page)
*) Try and find a LSD (at the right price)
*) Set of TRD Cams.
*) Fit aftermarket programable engine management system.
Currently looking at fueltronic ($2500 Australian dollars) handles launch control,
traction control, and switchable anti-lag system (makes the car pop and bang
like the works rally cars - keeps the positive boost at all times (like straight from
     idle)).
*) Uprate clutch to handle increased power.

So far I have done all the work myself (except the turbo internals) and have learnt
heaps. Apart from the exhaust the car is still street legal and if it ever needs a police
inspection I still have the original system which will bolt striaght back on. I have all
the mods insurance approved (insurance inspectors have absolutely no idea what
they are looking at anyhow) so if the worst comes to the worst i'll have no problems
making a claim.

Hopefully I get some accurate quarter mile times very soon.

C-ya (in my rear-view mirror) Paul.
