I have had my car for two years and love it. I smashed the front last week - £1000 damage, but it needed respraying anyway.
I have upgraded the 14" wheels to the 15" later spec and had the suspension lowered by Elite to accomodate for the increase in wheelarch clearance.
I also had to replace the exhaust - I chose a stainless steel scorpion with 2.5" downpipes - It is noisier! It also has a K&N 57i air filter (I think it made the car slower, but the fuel economy has improved.
There are two main problems with the car:
1. The T-bar roof leaks after heavy rain.
2. My paintwork is knackered and looks as though there are permanent watermarks on it. (Toyota have admitted that there was a fault with 1991 MR2's.
