Location: Colorado Springs, Co

Mileage: 113000+ miles
I'm in the Army and just got back from Korea to find my MR2 with a bad timing
belt -:( Oh well. The car sits with 15" rims, bad exaust and a broken timing
belt... I have three weeks to get the car up and running so I could drive to
Colorado (Ft. Carson). Just goes to show you, don't let the MR2 sit for a year
without it being moved -;( Other than these problems caused by my own neglect,
I never had one problem!
P.S. IF YOU KNOW OF ANYONE WITH AN IDLE THAT SURGES WHILE IDLEING, FILL THE
RADIATOR UP....!!! All the garages told me it was a bad throttle sensor. I
had it changed and it still did it... I talked to someone at a local hill climb
and he told me about the water level idea. Sure enough, it took almost a whole
thing of antifreeze! The surge is now gone... -:)
