Doing some investigation.
First I found the neg (black and white wires) for the relays
twisted to this yellow wire. all of them grounds.

It sorta fell apart in my hands. I realized the relays were grounded b/c of the alarm. I was like YES I found the problem. AN intermittent ground.

Here is the other side.

I soldered and heat srinked everything and took it for a test.
5-10 minutes in it stuttered.

This studder happens for 2 seconds and stops.

SO it wasn't this ground. Back to the think tank.

This is a hacked up ground

The red wire goes to the bottom of the engine to this other connector I will show. The red wire doesn't belong there so I unraveled it and did the best job repairing this ground.

Now for that red wire. This is where it went. It was just wrapped around this grounding point.

Can someone show me how these points and really grounded. I'm going to make my own grounding strap and find a goo spot in the chassis. Any suggestions?

These ground repairs may not fix my problem but they make me feel better.
I'm leaning towards the distributor.

I'm still also investigating wires of the alarm/starting system.

I still have a pretty good feeling it might be the distributor.
