You told me would be taking care of things, but didn't do so in the time frame I requested and didn't respond at all when I asked you about it. I gave you a chance and you didn't follow through. When someone gives you a second chance after the type of reputation you've had, I'd suggest you at least make an effort to not **** it up. I guess it was too much to ask. Do us all a favor and take a hike.
