Update:
I've been out of town for the last two weeks or so...
I've been fighting little nuisances that keep popping up....Axle nuts getting loose, dealing with a shitty exhaust (thanks Pontiac5oh,) Spec throw-out bearing squeaking, lost an AC idler pulley, etc.
I'm happy to report at this instant, everything is 100%. That could change in 5 min, though.
I broke out the ol' torque wrench and went back over just about every fastener on the car, using loc-tite on some of them.
Swapped cars can apparently be rattletraps.
Hopefully, these are just break-in pains and won't define my ongoing driving experience. I've got about 250 miles on the swap now. The power is nice and I'm satisfied, but left wondering in a V6 swap wouldn't have been just as good / cheaper....I'll let you know after I get an MBC.
