You probably don't want to try to retrofit this stuff. Just wire up the USA car's fog light relay to ignition switched power on one side, and ground on the other. Done.

Don't forget the switch on the e-brake lever. If the e-brake is on, the fog lights will go off even though the engine is running. If the enigne is running as soon as you release the e-brake, the DRLs (fogs) come on.
Mr. King is right...you don't want to retrofit!
