I don't know that much about intercoolers

but I will go research it...
I think pretty much the intercooler specs tell you what you need - pressure drop, temp in and out given a certain CFM, etc. How it's constructed internally is irrelevant, as long as the numbers do what you need (black box principle). Unlike turbos, you can't really go too big with intercoolers...
speaking of which, my intercooler setup just came in the mail.... the core is like 50 pounds

... i think i accidentally got the 1600hp core and using pokid's 2 honda radiators and fans as HEs. I love overkill!
