Now, since you have to use the redtop manifold anyway, you won't have the Altezza throttlebody. What problems this will cause with the Altezza computer? I have no idea.
Anyway, if i'm going to have to overcome issues like this (and canabalize an expensive redtop motor in the process) it better be for more than 10hp. Figuring out disastrous wiring and sensor issues like this would be worth it for a 300hp 2grfse maybe.
So, get yourself and red/greytop, some mild performance parts, and call it a day.

MR 20V...
altezza 3SGE engine is not using DBW throttle... it is a TRC throttle... mean it is only a motor n clutch inside... when the TRC button is pressed (TRC on)... the ECU will detect all 4 wheels traction... if slip, the ECU will disconnect the hard wire via the built-in clutch n the ECU will reduce the butterfly valve opening via the stepper motor...
if u disconnect the TRC button, the ECU will not control ur throttle openning n the fuel injection when u slip or spin... so... that is not an issue...

sorry bro... i was bz with my project... didnt reply ur pm immediately...
