I think I found a harness on ebag!! Not the same part number, but a seller called paganaudio has it and it looks just like my 15 pin. I'm going to get one and try it. I'll let you know. Here is a link to their ebay store:

You want part number 70-8112, it will say Lexus/Toyota amp integration harness.
