Unless you're in a country where the turbo cam equipped on a stock car (US/Canada is not one of them, we only received the ct26), you wont find hardly any places that will have the necessary parts to rebuild them. If you do, expect to pay as much for it to be rebuilt as buying a different turbo outright.
The ct20b has a smaller shaft than the ct26, so putting a larger compressor on it will cause it to fail prematurely, which is why you don't see any "upgraded" ct20b's.
ATS machines the turbine side of the ct26 to flow better. There is no reason for them to modify a ct20b because the turbine flows better than it needs to really, and as i said above, they have no reason to upgrade the compressor side because of the weaker shaft.
