I've almost completed my redtop > altezza pinout comparison, I just needed to know what those last few were for.

It looks like I might have a few interesting problems!

The Altezza doesnt have an air idle bypass for the throttle. since it has the throttle plate controlled by a stepper motor, it adjusts the idle speed by manipulating the throttle plate angle. So I'm not quite sure how to get the redtop idle speed control working....

I could use an altezza throttle body on my carina, since I'm using altezza intake manifold anyway, but this wont work on my MR2.

There's obviously a way around it though, or the brashboy ECU wouldnt exist.

Also, the Atlezza ECU controls HEAPS more things than the redtop does! Heaps of things are going to be obsolete/redundant. like ABS, traction control, lots of aircon control, etc.
