That is correct, we did ask him to post the thread here. As has been stated in the
Marketplace Guidelines, we take an extremely strict stance on marketplace issues. We think stuff like this needs to be resolved as quickly as possible. From our initial investigation, we stronly agree that the buyer in question should have recieved a refund at this point, considering the item never shipped. Mekkahfire's account has been locked down to the feedback forum until this issue has been resolved. Our recommendation to the buyer is to file the claim with Paypal before the option to do so expires. We see no excuse for the seller not refunding the buyer and he should resolve this matter immediately.
