Don't trust intake vendors who point to dyno evidence. I can easily get a dyno to read 2-3 more hp without doing anything. There's one simple test to do here: Run the car at WOT with a pressure gauge hooked to the manifold. If your manifold pressure remains the same with and without the intake, then it's doing absolutely nothing for you.
Another test would be slightly pre-throttle body pressure, although in this configuration, you won't measure intake velocity effects.
