You have to bend them in slightly with a hammer. The bigger the hammer, the better. You don't have to wail on it or anything like that. A couple of taps on each side with a sledge hammer will do the trick. I hold the hammer very close to the head, and tap it from 3 or 4 inches away. It literally takes less than 20 seconds to do (with a big hammer). If you use a dinky hammer, you have to put more effort into bending those in. The key here is to not over-do it. They only have to go in a 1/4 to 1/2 inch from what I recall.
