Though sometimes it does take some forward planning by disabling overdrive, switching to Sports mode on the shifter, and hitting Power on the ECT-S, to ensure there's (near) instant response at the pedal.
I also enjoy how smooth the thing can be, particularly around town, when you want it to. |
yea, I heard the SC auto isn't "that" bad.. and the stall speed is a good bit higher on that auto trans than the NA auto. However, I hate when people refer anything auto as sports mode. It's kind of joke. But, yea.. the SC auto was the fastest production car 0-30 back in 1988.
