If its for anything other than bumpers, no its not. Unless you are buying oem urethane parts, you are not getting the same material. Products made with *PURE* Urethane like to move a lot while on the car and cause the paint to crack and "spyder" everywhere and look terrible. Oem "urethane" parts are made from a much stronger and stiffer material that is more similar to plastic than urethane -thats why bumper covers are typically a slightly different color from the rest of the car from the factory. Chemical reaction is the basic way to explain it, but it's much more intricate than that.
