91T +SB 50 AFRs?

Hello from Spain.
My friend have a '91 US spec MR2 Turbo. with around 120K km (74400 milles)
It has a KO racing SB 50 (external TIAL wastegate, 3" downpipe etc).
Full 3" (inside diameter) exhaust with no silencer (now thats loud )
Apexi Power intake.
DIY Fuel cut defender.
TMIC with custom 3" piping

The car is being stripped and by the moment it has no AC, no PS, no Heater, no ABS, no radio antenna etc... Should be in less than 1080 Kg (2368lbs?)

The car set to 10 PSi, (standard Tial pressure) is making around 11.5 AFR from 5k to redline.
Putting on a MBC around 11 PSI the car feels totally different. The turbo kicks very hard past 5k revs. But the AFRS get a bit high from here, it runs on low 12s, around 12,5 to the redline.
Arent these too lean?
We did compression test and the result was good, leak test and was around 8% (is that bad?).
Tested the 2 speed on the ful pump and both working.
Tested the standard FPR and seems OK.

Watching simillar setups whe should be running close to 250 WHP but we feel that we are no more than 250 CRANk hp, as the car is not too much faster with such weight compared to other similar cars (190WHP Integra).
We have revised everything and we dont find the loss of HP.
Maybe worm fuel pump?, or are this correct with standard Fuel pressure?
Should we raise the FP? How much can hold the stock fuel rail, without too much problems?

We are now watching for the next upgrade but we are not sure if we have to rebuild the engine or will be ok for a little while and go first for standalone.

What do you think.

Here is a shot of the engine bay.
