Don't tee it into the MAP sensor line. Leave that line as unmolested and unkinked as possible! If possible, make it a straight shot from the manifold to the EMS without any tee.
Tying it into either the manifold or the turbo outlet will both work just fine. I personally tie it into the turbo outlet so when I'm against the wastegate spring and at part throttle, my VE doesn't go to hell.
