I bought these pages off ebay. Looks like they were torn out of a Dealership Manual or something.
They have a bunch of part numbers, some diagrams, and include prices, although I'm sure the prices are probably not accurate, I bet you can get a general idea of how much the items costs, then add a few bucks for inflation and whatnot.
