If you can't find one, It may be possible to make my standard mr2 blacktop harness work in a kit car. I'd use an 87 mr2 harness for the base, so that would give you enough length to mount the ecu behind the firewall. The circuit opening relay/fuelpump control is located on the mr2 engine harness, so this is covered. Main thing would be 12v for the ecu, injectors, ignition, etc.... and a 12v starter relay signal for the starter solenoid. The kit car you're working with might give you some of this.

silver wiring harness
hi ya
would it be possible to use the silver top harness that I currently have? I did find a 12 pin connector to use, I haven't had the time to work on it like I planned. i have the AFM and silver top ECU and I don't want to put any more $$ for black top parts into the swap at this point. if you could do a harness like you described using these, i'd consider this. thanks bob |

At this point, I could make a 20v harness without even being supplied any kind of 20v harness. A butchered silvertop harness will work perfectly well.
So, you would supply the silvertop harness, I would supply the 87 mr2 harness (I have lots of these lying around right now) with flying leads so that you could hook up your gauges, fuel pump, and 12v for the ecu. I'm guessing you're going to run the silvertop ecu, but I can wire for either. I'm PMing you my order form. |
