Sources and prices for 20v black tops

Other than Ebay, where can I get a 20v blacktop engine and what are the average prices?

Venus imports is a decent place. It think the sets are around $1000, but you'll still need to payshipping. Jhot imports is another one. They have a couple of blacktops on ebay right now, and are in Augusta, so shipping would be reasonable

I have a place here in Atlanta, but they are currently out of all 20v's. That might change in a few weeks.

The absolute best thing to do is to call around to places in your area that sell used japanese engines. You can usually get a good deal as 20v's are dead weight to local sellers. You'll also get to see the motor before you buy, and avoid shipping.

Whatever/wherever you buy, look under, or get a picture of what's under the cap. If it's silver, golden, or maybe slightly redish, it should be ok. If it sludgy black, don't buy it. If they won't send you photos, again, don't buy it.

My Google Map

what is the name of the place in atlanta that you mentioned was out of stock of 20v's. I am hoping to do an engine swap as a graduation gift from my parents and have been looking for engines at decent prices.
