It will not. The 20v is a few teeth longer IIRC.

No it will not. Find the belt from Pass Racing.

Here is the part number for the silvertop belt:

Silvertop Timing Belt 13568-19035 Gates T081, Goodyear 40081, Beck Arnley 0260254

The belt is actually shorter than the 16v belt. It's a common belt, and can be purchased at any autoparts store.
