Hks Timing Belt

So I'm in the process of doing a st swap and bought an hks timing belt. Once on though, it is super tight and I'm worried that it'll wear the engine out sooner and/or be super loud. Anyone have any experience here? Should I be worried?

I've read that you don't want to put a Greddy or HKS belt on unless you're running high HP (albeit too late), but I thought it would last longer.

So for those of you that are wondering,

HKS makes 2 belts, one for the silvertop and one for the blacktop. Make
sure that you have the right belt, 'cause the blacktop is a little too small.

The HKS part numbers are:

Silvertop: 24999-AT008

Blacktop: 24999-AT010

I would say the reason people say not to use these belts unless you are running high HP is doe to the price. I dont have any facts to back this up but most people say that about the big name brands when there is nothing worng with the cheaper items
