There isn't a VIN list available. I made that list. It's fairly easy with the NA versions because the VINs are sequential and there are only 2 possible valid VINs depending on if the car was the T-Top version or the Hardtop/Sunroof version. The other variable is the check digit, but I got pretty good at figuring out what it should be. I'll work on the 94 NA VIN list next, but it is time consuming. If you are interested in helping out let me know and I'll show you what I what I did for the 95s.
