I dont see how it would, the EMS has its own trim maps for cold morning starts. Unless you're on the stock ECU and rely on the CSI.

I have heard coolant running through the TB (actually the ISC I believe) can affect IAT sensor readings, so was wondering the EMS pros out there if they plug the lines.
