Where did you obtain that VIN list from? I have concluded from my research using the Toyota EPC that the the last 93 is non-turbo VIN is JT2SW21N5P0021314 and the first non-turbo VIN in 94 is JT2SW21N5R0021316. For some reason there is no data available for either a 93 or a 94 ending in 21315 in the EPC.

Here are the only possible valid VINs for that sequence:

93
JT2SW21N7P0021315 - TT
JT2SW21M8P0021315 - HT/SR

94
JT2SW21N3R0021315 - TT
JT2SW21M4R0021315 - HT/SR

I trust the EPC to be correct for 21314 and 21316. That said, assuming 21315 is not a 94, there are 349 NA models in 94. Judging from the 95s being even at 200, you'd think Toyota would round off the 94s at 350 but I'm still trying to obtain solid proof of such.
