i really enjoyed both but the real difference was these
1.gen2 ran 13.96@103mph on 17's - gen3 with same mods ran 13.3@106mph both at 15 psi
2. gen3 is a smoother power all the way to redline
3. my gen3 is really good on gas
gen2 i was getting 325klm's tank - gen3 500klm's and on 94 sonoco while i was on vacation i got a 578klm's on a tank but that was once
both are equally hard on gas when boosting all the time but thats normal
both were alot of fun
i just got hks cams and aem cam gears are on the way for my gen3 cant wait to see what it makes at the dyno
if you are planning to build a huge beast gen2 is the way to go just because its cheaper
if you want fast/smooth power without many mods gen3 all the way
the only mods i have at this moment is intake exaust ic kit 16 psi and its pretty sweet srt4 with lots of mods and dump tube at 22psi cant keep up so its pretty sweet
