I built a flowbench recently using similar stuff, works very very well indeed.!

Tested a set of 3vzfe heads and saw 191cfm@10mm lift as standard.
After some fettling i got it to 202 ( 5.7% increase), further fettling saw 218cfm (13%) all with the valves in.
The pi'ece de resistance was 253cfm, but that was on a bare port and radical alterations- not usuable on stock intake parts and flowed crap with the valves in, barely 211cfm.
Still, when you realise the bare port only flows 201 in stock form, 202 cfm with the valves in is a heck of an improvement.
