Buy a new block, I'd suggest something like THis or This... I'd say remove or disconnect the blue led's in the one or unhook the digital gauge since if it stays on all the time it'll probably drain the battery over time...

Also you can goto a local dealership and get the similar ANL fuse holders at local audio shops, it'll be more expensive but it'll be with out a wait...
