damn it i tried adding a pic but it didnt work

i got a speed sensor but i dont know if it is the write one. it looks like a little box 1 inch wide 1.5 inch high and .75 inch deep and bracket coming out of it a 90 degrees and two wires coming out the back. is this correct? thanks again
