Unhappy Supercharger Clutch

Fellow antique lovers,

I just took my 1988 Mk1 S/C into the dealer for a new timing belt and S/C clutch. They called me an hour later and said "sorry, we can no longer get the S/C clutch. Toyota has 1 brand new S/C left, though, for $3500".

I told them no thanks. I'll put up with the snapping noise every time I hit the gas. It still works, just makes a lot of racket.

Anyone know what my options are for a resurface/rebuild? I'm in the SoCal area.

Also, can anyone point me to a link for the ABV Mod that still works? I'm intrigued, but the couple links I've seen in this forum come up 404.

Thanks a bunch.
