I figured it out. It's because I am subscribed to forums with a whole bunch of subforums, and the subforums list isn't wrapping. I removed my subscription to " MK 2 MR2 - SW20 " and "Off Topic" and it fixed itself.
This is with firefox 2.0.0.11. Both themes do it. Sorry don't have time for more testing here at work. If you need more info let me know and I'll test some more at home.
