It's not exactly a "KO style". Technically it would be an "ATS style" adapter since the ebay adapters are 1 piece, not a ported adapter and welding on the wastegate flange.

In either case, the picture, as shown by pheonix, is nothing more than a summation of all the ebay crap out there, rolled into one lump sum for a "kit". It shows the ct26 turbo manifold, the ebay T3 flanged adapter, and probably a turbo they had lying around somewhere. Also keep in mind that those adapter are a POS and causes serious interference issues on a gen2 block's oiling system. The wastegate lies almost directly over the oil cooler. There's only ONE person that I know of that took the time to make one work. He ended having to make a couple U-bends in the piping just to clear the filter...With all that work, you'd be better of welding two flanges together, porting the stock exhaust manifold between both tunnels and welding a Tial flange onto that. Or buying one of ATS's or Berk's off the shelf adapter plates for turbos using a T3 footprint.
