A dry shot is no more dangerous then a wet shot if it is installed correctly. As a matter of fact some would argue it is safer because there is less to go wrong.

100 shot is a lot though. That is almost doubling the hp of the engine and you will definitely need a new fuel pump to use it. You will also need fuel management and tuning to make it safe at that level. Just think of it as running 12psi of boost without the restriction of the turbine in the exhaust. Cylinder pressures almost double, heat output also almost doubles so you need to adjust your timing on the fly to compensate.
