and a tip if you use foam like i did to mold on top of when your done shaping it cover it in masking tape like i did my side vent, it was a major pita to remove it from the foam b/c the resin set into all the little pockets.... i don't know why i didn't think of that before hand.

thanks for the tip, i dunno if i will use fiberglass or not, im thinking a small simple piece that looks ok on the vent with the ablity to attach another small piece might be a good idea, that way when you need all the cool air possible you just attach a small piece on there quickly would be the best.
